First of all, i find your company using influencers to lie and not telling customers that your warehouse is in China and you are NOT sustainable as all what i ordered from you i found with another retailer in China is outright deceitful. 2ndly, I shipped my return to you on 10/16/2025 to Omaha. NE, tracking shows it was delivered to you on 10/20/2025 @ 9:01am today is 10/30/2025. I not only gotten an update on my return or my full refund itself. This was my first and my last time i will ever ord

HORRIBLE No customer service. Tried contacting them about incorrect address but they have no real customer service or support. The phone number they sent after numerous emails was “not in service”. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase anything from this store.

The terms for free shipping are different from the terms on the sale. In the shipping info it states purchases over $79 and in the sale itself it states over $99 which after taxes makes it even 30% higher.
