Shocking. Suppose to be 1 to 3 working days delivery. Chased and chased for an update. Eventually someone at Rackams told me you had let them know you lost the item and they refunded me. I ordered the same item from a well known retailer and they delivery very quickly. 3 very large boxes so my mind boggles as to how you lost it!
