I am currently trying to return the uncomfortable and unusable allegedly 'Deluxe' garden recliners because the cushions are hard, lumpy and too uncomfortable to sit on. I dont know what they are stuffed with, it feels like recycled plastic. The company are refusing to follow their own returns policy of refunding if you are not 100% happy and have only replied to my first email requesting the return, and have 'ghosted' me every since. The chairs are unused and one is still boxed.
