My e-bike was to be delivered within five days. I received an email mentioning it was delivered. But that delivery point was in a Polish warehouse, not my home. It was returned to sender and still, weeks later, I'm waiting for my e-bike to be delivered at my home. Fafrees helpdesk sent me a tracking number, but that's it.
