I never received the bike.
On April 6th, I purchased a Fafrees electric bicycle. As of April 28th, they can't even tell me an estimated delivery date or where the bike is. The entire logistics of delivering the bike are truly disorganized. I've contacted them several times via email, asking about shipping, but they never tell me the date I'll expect to receive the bike. I hope for a solution to all this as soon as possible.
