Nice quality stair runner. Compared prices with a custom one from a good reputable floor store in our area. Almost identical price but the one that was cut and bound locally would have come in 10 foot long sections. Direct Carpets runner was one long piece and made self insulation easier. Took off one Star because the no return policy seems unreasonable. We had no problems but if we had we would be stuck. I ordered Winter Delta. Beautiful beige but not as white as pictured.
