We purchased the Longer Ray5 20w laser engraver Pro Max Set. The pro max set purchased was to include the protective goggles, honeycomb panel, air pump kit, roller and extension axis. The air pump kit, roller and x y extensions never arrived. The laser, goggles and honeycomb arrived weeks ago. After several attempts to contact Longer by phone and email my husband finally received a response saying the missing items would be shipped, however we have still not received them or even confirmation of the items being shipped.
