Had to pay additional fees for customs and had to call them so they can release the package. Would be nice if additional fees are included during checkout out so there are no surprises while waiting for the package and this way, shipping will be less of a hassle. Customer service is very responsive though.

It is good. I feel like that I cannot use the program via computer, anymore. It showed some errors. I may buy the program. At the moment, I save it as a file and use it via a tiny memory. It still works well.

I don’t think the left hand knows what the right hand is doing … I ordered the B1 longer with the pro bundle with extended rails … and they still sent me
The smoke and fume cover for the regular size B1 … which is completely stupid as Longer can plainly see that that I ordered the extended rails for my B1 … I also called there customer service to get this rectified and longer did contact me about the issue … but I did still have not received any resolution to this situation … I’ll assume
That as I am making this review now that nothing will get resolve for the extraction enclosure … Longer needs to get with the program and get things right … if asked by others I’ll express my displeasure with Longer over these issues … sincerely Neal

Easy to get what you want. But be careful once you purchase. Instead of going to a screen that says your purchase is confirmed or a receipt, it takes you to a page where they "give you a deal" on the same thing you just bought. I was not paying attention and thought my purchase did not go through. I don't know why it went to that screen. When I accidentally purchased a third one (I bought two on purpose) it again went back to the deal screen and I realized what had happened. I thought well, it was cheap enough, it was not worth the hassle to contact them and get it refunded. But, Customer service contacted me to let me know what had happened and gladly cancelled and refunded the money. Just a weird screen that I was not paying attention to. All in all, not bad, price was right, but took 10 days to get. Their tracking was spot on. However, once it entered USPS, tracking was lost until it arrived. Now days US Postal Service is third rate.
