The expansion kit didn't come with the other packages and when I asked when it would be delivered, they told me it would be January - this is July! So that didn't please me. However, it was delivered about 3 days later. So I don't quite know what to think. Their bot or Assistant online doesn't connect with their shop well.

The printer doesn't work and there is no support. I am literally two days outside the amazon return window. I am not a fan of your company. I recently had the opportunity t by any printer i wanted. I bought an Anycubic. Will never deal with LOonger again.
