I've loved you for years. Okay, from afar, but your products are exceptional and I'm happy that they are part of our kitchen repertoire. It's so great to have a good source of duck fat (yum), beef tallow (yum), chicken fat (latkes and chopped liver, yum), and to be able to try other kinds of fats, like turkey and elk!
