Great service.

Overall this company is way more competent than many others. The process is well managed, lead time is acceptable for quality work, their artists usually do a good job. I only have one I am not in love with, others worked out beautifully so would still recommend them to others.

海外のサイトと言うことで、若干心配もありましたが、購入ホームは日本語対応で、その後の進行状況確認英文メールも、翻訳アプリなどで問題なくやり取りできスムーズに納品に至りました。商品はイメージ通りの仕上がりで家のシンボルとなり大変満足してます。

Communication lacked a little bit, once we found out there was an "international labor day/week" communication improved.

We love the painting. However, the only issue was that it took much longer to receive it than what we were originally told when placing the order.
