Your customer service has been excellent, and the turnaround time was impressive. I gave a four-star rating because I really wanted to love this and was planning to purchase additional pieces.
The only thing holding me back is the finish. It looks like the design may be printed first and then painted over. That would be fine, but the paint layer feels very light and lacks texture, so the piece doesn’t have much depth. With more paint and a bit more dimensionality, this would have been an easy five stars.
