The do confirm the art over the email, so if you are satisfied with the outcome this is when they will frame it.., I like that you can .ake minor changes before they shipp it. Very well packed .

Was disappointed that it had to come through customs which brought with it an extra charge of £75 that I was unaware of. Apparently it is mentioned on the website but somehow I missed it.

Took very long but communication was well executed. I waited for a piece that looks unprofessional. I will never purchase from here again. The listing photos showed a luminous, refined abstract work with vibrant colors and a substantial beautiful frame that looked elegant What I received, however, is noticeably different: • The colors are significantly duller and lack the depth and vibrancy shown in the listing. • The brushwork and overall execution appear less polished than advertised. • Most importantly, the frame is plastic, not as pictured, which greatly diminishes the quality and presentation. At a purchase price so high, I reasonably expected gallery-quality artwork and framing. Unfortunately, the piece received does not match the product as marketed and does not justify the price paid.
