The painting arrived severely damaged. I’ve been in correspondence with the company for weeks, repeatedly sending them photos of the painting - including the shipping box. Each time, they assure me that a refund will be processed and even instruct me to discard the torn, damaged painting. However, the refund is never issued. When I follow up, they simply ask for the same photos again, and the cycle repeats. I do not recommend working with this company.

It took around 20 days to get it delivered to Houston and I’m very happy with the purchase. Colors are vibrant in person. The painting comes with the hanging hardware and information about the artist attached to the back of the frame. Frame color # 4 is a walnut color and it matches some of my furniture perfectly. MESONART team was very responsive whenever I emailed them with questions and they sent me pictures of the painting before getting it shipped. The painting itself is fun, elegant, minim

“Although shipping was quick, the artwork’s quality and finish were very disappointing. My concerns remained unresolved despite multiple correction attempts. When I requested a repaint (a standard option with other businesses), I was told to pick a different artwork instead — which defeats the purpose, since I wanted the piece as advertised. The claim of each piece being ‘original’ feels misleading, as what I received was far from what was shown on the website.”

The artist kept me updated on her progress, shared a picture of the final pieces before shipping
