I would highly recommend this company.

Overall paintings not as good as photos. One is very nice, one is ok, one is poor. When I commented on this when sent the photos, tiny changes were made to them (I could barely see the changes). I gave up and just accepted them.

Associates were helpful and available as needed.

The painting itself is absolutely beautiful — the quality, detail, and overall finish exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that a lot of care and talent went into creating it, and it truly adds elegance to my space. Unfortunately, the delivery process was very disappointing. Communication was poor, timelines were not met, and the overall experience was quite frustrating. It took much longer than expected to receive the piece, which took away from what should have been a great experience.

sehr nett, aber bei 2 Bildern fast 250 Euro extra Kosten für Einfuhrsteuer- nicht Zoll sondern Steuer. Und noch Ärger wegen falscher Rechnungen und Verdacht der Steuerhinterziehung wegen den falschen Rechnungen die dem Paket beigelegt wurden

They are located in China so there was often a long delay to receive a reply. This is not unusual for the online art shops. I intend to shop more at shops located in the USA.
