Ho fatto l’ordine di un quadro che aveva un determinato prezzo.
È stato fermato alla dogana e mi hanno addebitato più di 130€ di tasse doganali che non mi aspettavo assolutamente e inoltre gli enti doganali mi hanno fatto sapere che devo pagare una sanzione di minimo 1000€ perché i documenti che ho dovuto fornire alla dogana ( fatture della mesonart) riportavano degli errore.Io consumatore non solo non ho colpe ma devo anche pagare per vostra mancanza. Mai più !
