I love the products, prices, and the ease of ordering. What I dislike, is that they use the Postal Service. The product I ordered never arrived. Even though the USPS said it did. SSUSA was contacted, but never got back to me on a resolution. As much as I like their company, a product that was ordered and paid for, but never arrived. Is enough to make me buy my stuff elsewhere.
