This belt is great. I needed new competition legal equipment for my meet, and I was recommended a lever belt. This one was a good entry-level purchase. I love the ab engagement. Had a hard time finding a 3” belt but this one is perfect. I have a 28-29” waist so I chose the medium. 3” is perfect for me because I have a short torso (tend to wear petite in womens tops and dresses) and am 5’3”. Ok my honest opinion. Excellent wraps! Cast your wrist up great, and your hand is going nowhere! Nice and stiff, couldn’t ask for more in a wrap! I looked at the competition and they all had equal wraps, so why did I choose Strength Shop? Their prices were just great, no ridiculous overpriced product and overpriced shipping. Everything was spot on, got em in under a week. Used em tonight for axle bar bench. Get you some!

I ordered the 36” black and orange stiff wraps. They aren’t quite what I consider stiff, but my idea of stiff is an extreme absolute casted feel. These aren’t that, but they are a very good combo of support and comfort. One of the more comfortable wraps I’ve owned. Great value for the price.

Last week I deadlifted less than this with a different belt and felt my whole back give out. This belt is INCREDIBLE. It does NOT move and gives perfect support! Since getting this belt just 2 weeks ago my deadlift has gone up from 205 to 220. And my squat has also jumped from 165 to 180. The support is EVERYTHING! It is comfortable and exceptional quality. I highly recommend!

Her name is Esmeralda and she is hefty and Barney-colored and glorious. Leather creeps me out because I don't want to wear someone else's skin, so before I found Esmeralda I used velcro belts, which inevitably started giving out at inopportune moments. It turns out my spine doesn't love surprises, but Esmeralda solved all that. I highly recommend that all vegan lifters get their own Esmeralda post-haste.

This is honestly the best pair of sleeves I've ever used and i've used Pioneer fit 7mm stiff sleeves, amazon brand sleeves, iron bull 7mm sleeves and wraps, i've also used luxiaojun and gym reapers. The Odin Triple Ply Knee Sleeves from strength shop are comfortable, supportive but not overly stiff and tight, they offer good pop in the hole and very stable knee support i also use them as elbow sleeves on bench and they are amazing there too 10/10 definitely buy💯

Great belt for a short torso or just want to have less support and use more muscle strength. I also have the 4” belt for competition purposes. It’s nice to switch between the 3” and 4” to cycle strength and support to push past plateaus.

These are really nice knee sleeves. They are stiffer than probably most knee sleeves in this category (neoprene 7mm, not ultra stiff 7mm like the Titan TKS, A7 Rigormortis, and Inzer Ergo Pros). These are noticeably stiffer than the Inzer Power Knee Sleeves and the Iron Bull 7mm powerlifting knee sleeves, both of which I've owned and used. Have had the belt for a week so far and love it. The quality of it feels great, it doesn’t feel like hard plastic like some of the other lever belts I’ve owned. Great quality bar. You can’t beat the price. The bar does take pressure of the shoulders and elbows, but unfortunately my j cups are right where I want to put my hands. As for benching, I can get almost as deep as I do with dumbbells.

I lift in my unheated shed and deadlifting in socks was such a pain. These will keep my feet warm while lifting in the winter. They're also generally comfortable. The heel side of shoe is very stiff, unlike any other shoes I've had. I would order a size higher than you think you need for these as, in my experience, they run a bit small. Great product!
