I ordered my bike I think on a Saturday. I was able to pick it up myself and I picked it up just a few days later. They apparently had one in stock even though the suggested delivery time would have been three weeks down the road when I ordered it. It did have some touchup paint on it so maybe that’s why it was laying around.

I had to wait a few months for my wife’s Wired Cruiser. It was among the first arrivals at the beginning of August. It arrived with a damaged rear fender. I wrote Wired and received a replacement in less than a week. I ordered my Wired Freedom on a Thursday. It arrived on Saturday about 48 hours later. I was amazed. My experience has been wonderful. Except for waiting for the Cruiser I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
