I am not used to taxes and the way the program that you use worked, it showed 5% Arizona tax (Arizona is 8%) then after purchase it jumped to 8%. That was after I hit go and it did more than confuse me, it upset me. I am over it now but for somebody who does not have taxes this was upsetting
