The initial purchase stated a fast turnaround from production, then there were delays. Customer service told me it was ready to ship in two days, and we waited another 6 before it even shipped out. Fed ex had the shipping number 4 days before they got the package. The delays are my only issue. The product is excellent

After all the inconvenience, delays all I was offered was “you can return it for refund” or “we will send you a new one once we receive the old one” !? No consideration for costs on my end or schedule delays caused by Urbandi delays and poor quality product.

I received a msg a few weeks after order placement(!!) informing me they were behind due to their receiving lots of orders. I later followed up by phone bc I received emails from Urbandi informing and inviting me to their booth at the Cincinnati garden show (2 weekends in a row). I assumed they were making product for the show (and not for me). Since I STILL did not receive my shelves, I asked the woman if I could have the 20 percent discount being offered at the show - she told me “No”.

The order took much longer than originally indicated ... so much longer that I was suspecting I had been scammed. When trying to check on order status, communication was limited and with a bot... very frustrating. I finally received an email apologizing for the delay, estimating new completion date and informing I'd recieve an email when the product went to shipping. I didnt receive any followup email.
