Appalling experience with West and Willow! Ordered this bespoke item for my sister-in-laws 30th birthday back on the 16th July. The item hasn’t been delivered yet. So far there have been 2 failed deliveries despite correct address! Have been chasing and asking for updates and for W&W to contact FedEx directly as I am unable via the links in their tracking info but still nothing. Very disappointed and still waiting for answers. Would not order from them again! Especially if you want them to meet their delivery schedule!
