I ordered the Blackbird Titanium with the SB Lite plate in November. Due to a mix-up, I was initially sent the SB plate instead. Shane responded quickly and immediately shipped the correct Lite plate, and he generously encouraged me to try the SB plate in the meantime to see how I liked it. Blackland covered all shipping without hesitation. As it turns out, both the SB and SB Lite plates are excellent in their own right, and I ultimately decided to keep both. I suspect Shane knew exactly what he was doing. The shaves are exceptionally close, the build quality is superb, and the overall experience was outstanding. Customer service was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Many thanks to Shane and the Blackland team.

Extremely intuitive. The Black Friday/Month sale was very well placed, with a fair 30%, which justified the shipping costs all the way to the UAE, which would normally be beyond budget.
