Overall, my experience with Blackland has been very positive. My only criticism is that I wish when I purchased the Vector Ti, that it had been more clearly stated that blades were not included, since I would have ordered them in advance and avoided the frustration of not being able to use the razor right away.

Easy, videos were the thing that helped me decide to purchase Blackbird vs other brands out there. I would recommend providing a sample cream and aftershave in a kit for new users, just like you do with the blades included (extra cost ok for me). I had no idea what to purchase due to so many brands. Ended up buying from Maggard's after some research.

shopping was very easy, as i found blackland through an ai google search and was effectively directed to the vector single-edged safety razor, which was exactly what i was looking for. everything i needed for the shave was clearly advertised and i was able to purchase it without any issue. excellent.

Wonderful communication. You can tell Blackland truly cares about there customers.

They were really helpful when I made a small error and bought two base plates of the same kind of razor and they exchanged one of them for the other one and made some adjustments and everything’s good. It was a great experience.

The single edge razor was a win for me. Used with feather blades, you get a close - real close shave. I had to be careful for the first couple of shaves as I was putting pressure on the blade and managed to nick myself. Let the weight of the razor do the work. Best shave I’ve had in years.

Doesn’t get any better for daily shaving!

Best razor I've ever had and will probably be the last one I buy, unless I buy another of your razors.
