Service was pretty poor, they didn’t have stock of the fluoride one and rather than contact us to say it was delayed we had to contact them when it hadn’t arrived a week after ordering (with 48 hour shipping). Pretty bad. It then took a month to actually arrive because of the delays. Note to the team - mark it out of stock if you don’t have it! Or don’t offer 48 hour delivery! Or maybe just contact the customers who ordered and let them know about the delay?
