Very happy with the experience so far. Installation was simple and the filtration is excellent - much better taste. Huge upgrade on the standard filter jug we were using previously that made no noticeable difference. Reassuring to know that we can use our tap water with full confidence that all the impurities have been removed.

This filter is a life changer! The Britta has been disposed of and we now enjoy properly filtered water straight from the tap. And the difference (improvement) in taste is incredible. The pod kit really is really simple, and if you have a clear set up under your sink you can be ready to go in 10-15 mins. Not the case for me. Due to the clutter of pipework under our sink it took me two Flexi pipes, two adaptors and two hours of struggle to fit! But absolutely worth it!!!!

I bought 2 filters. One for my home and one for my mother’s. It took about 30 minutes to install in our home the filter. ( second picture). It took much longer to install the second filter as my husband had to change tap. It was old and rubbish install anyway. Both house holds are now enjoying the clearer water. We still use Britta filter as well. The water tastes better without bitter aftertaste. However truly check for water quality it needs testing.

Then paid particular attention to the taste if my tap water and noticed that slight chlorine smell and taste. The pod was not as easy as your video but I guess the underside of sinks are different and my hubby is very fussy !! Anyway he put it in we ran the water for a short time then had a glass full and I could not believe the smoothness and real freshness of the water I drink so much more water now. Installed on the 8th Feb and so far, so good! Hasn't effected the water pressure. Doesn't have that horrible jug filter water taste. Can hardly smell any of the water. The plumber came and fitted our Water 2 filter as our pipe work wasn’t simple for DIY. Julia was helpful and encouraging. It is in fact true, our water is now exceptionally pleasant to drink. We live in a hard water area and the chlorine smell has also gone. Once fitted the tap flow was unimpeded. I can’t believe we have been putting up with drinking such bad tap water for so long.

I received my water 2 filter I had it fitted within a day Relatively easy to install Although I had to buy a few fittings, it wasn’t a problem to fit it I flushed the water through and then wow, what a difference in the water quality. I had to wait for my plumber to come and install the pod, simply because I didn’t have the strength to unscrew the washers on my cold water tap! I haven’t drunk tap water for more than 30 years; I switched to spring water bottled in glass bottles. I’m still not confident about drinking tap water but I am happy that I’m no longer using a filter jug for washing vegetables and boiling water in my kettle!

Had to get a bit creative with the positioning but it was fairly simple. The water tastes like water - no chlorine smell or taste and who knows what else is in the water supply. We loved our former countertop filtration but filling it several times a day was a pain. Straight from the tap is so nice and more cost effective than buying filters every 3 months.

Easy to install, and the difference in water quality is amazing! The taste is perfect. My only negative is that the cartridge is not recyclable. You can donate to science but I'm sure they'll develop a recyclable cartridge eventually. Beats buying 100s of bottles of water.

I had to buy an extra Flexi pipe and a male to female connector but that's only because of the way the pipes were under my sink, there was zero space to put it in. Easy to install even with this considered and (after running the water for the required 3 minutes on first use) I could immediately smell and taste the difference. Water pressure dropped slightly but that's an issue in my house already, so the filter isn't to blame. Very very happy.

I have just installed the filter. I had very little room under my sink so had to be a little inventive - hence the silicone straps supporting the filter. Julia on WhatsApp help was very helpful when I had a question. My first glass of water and what a difference!
