First of all, the filter seems to work as promised and my water is now very pleasant to drink. I won't be buying bottled water again. However, the installation video gives the idea that anyone can fit this filter in minutes; this is not necessarily the case! Hello Water2 team, Thank you for your fantastic water filter. It was pretty straightforward to fit, although it did take me longer than expected as had to reroute the flexible pipes. However, I would still class this as a simple DIY installation. Only requiring a basic set of spanner’s and tools. Flow rate is hardly affected and water flows through nicely. The delivery took a good couple of weeks, due to supply issues. The company kept me well informed, and provided regular and timely updates, including a video from the Founder explaining the delays and apologising. So even though the delivery took a while, I received my order in the end. My setup under the sink turned out to be rather non standard, so I was very sad I couldn’t install it straight away. My friend installed it this evening and we both taste-tested a ‘before’ and after’ glass of water each. It’s like night and day, so clear and refreshing. Item received with excellent customer service dialogue in leading up to purchase. I fitted myself in a very short amount of time with the helpful installation video. If you have hose fittings, it is a doddle. Maybe check your set up before purchasing. It took the water pressure a few minutes to settle but once it had we have been enjoying clear and fresh tasting water from the tap since. I am very pleased I went ahead with this filter. I was fed up of having no room left in my bin due to loads of water bottles plus I don’t really like plastic bottles and the cost every week for more.
