We love the taste of our water since installing the Water2 filter. It tastes fresh and clean, just like bottled water. It was easy to install, we just needed a couple of adaptors which Water2 sent to us on next day delivery. We’re very pleased with the service. The WhatsApp chat is a great feature of this company. We bought this filter because the reviews were great and easy to fit. For us it wasn’t so easy to fit, we have a tri flow tap because of a water softener. I did get help on WhatsApp but unfortunately I don’t think, even with photos it was understood what I needed (I certainly didn’t know what I needed) so a plumber was called in. All that said the filtered water is amazing and coupled with the expected one years life is the filter, I would highly recommend.

I have hated the taste of water all my life. Now I drink it out of a tap... Who would have thought! Easily fitted. In my case I required an additional male to female pipe to fit my undersink plumbing. Highly recommended. Cannot wait for the florine version so I can use that.

Had the opportunity to install a Water 2 kit whilst an outdoor tap was being plumbed in.Whatca difference.I was constantly replacing brita type cartridges that are costing more My drinking water is void of any after taste,just pure and clean. Time will tell how long the filter lasts but that's down to usage I hope and not timed by the electronic alarm.

Great packaging and easy video to follow to install. Slightly thwarted by my pipe joints being way stiffer than the video so I had to get a plumber friend in to install. Took 20 mins and LOVe the taste of the water now as do the kids and the dog! My only concern now is protecting the pod in the cupboard from bashes as plumber has warned it may sheet off with plastic connectors so I might find a big plastic box to protect it in the cupboard.

First of all, the filter seems to work as promised and my water is now very pleasant to drink. I won't be buying bottled water again. However, the installation video gives the idea that anyone can fit this filter in minutes; this is not necessarily the case! Every house has its own plumbing setup and most will differ from the one shown in the video. I was excited for this as I had filters for the coffee machine and water jug which was expensive and time consuming - plus I didn't like the plastic water jug. I was worried it would be difficult to install, but the video instructions that come with it are good and I had a relatively painless install. It is quite big, but luckily mine fit perfectly in the available space below the sink. Good to know my water is being filtered automatically now as I drink a lot of tap water and that was my main driver for buying it. I also bought a spare filter so I'm covered for the next 2 years.

I was sceptical, but it has made a difference, our drinking water is better tasting. It also looks clearer and black tea has minimal scum residue compared to before. Absolutely brilliant. The taste of water is lovely, nil chlorine smell. My kettle has a new lease of life, no limescale to worry about at present. (1month.from installation). Installation was a challenge, to say the least! It was not as simple as portrayed, I had leak around it and had to visit the hardware shop! Got there in the end. An amazing product! If you have hose fittings, it is a doddle. Maybe check your set up before purchasing. I’m so glad I got one of these. The water tastes amazing and even looks cleaner. Installing it was fairly simple (but I’m a plumber) but I wish it came with a clip. I used a down pipe clip which was less than a £1 and worth it. I will be telling everyone to get one!

Water tastes fresh, it took 10/15 minutes to install, really easy to set up. Only thing that threw me was you have to twist the filter to allow the water to pass through. You can literally see how clear the water is compared to the water without the filter on, deffo recommend!

Water 2 is a great filter, I feel much more confident and reassured that I'm drinking clean water especially with all the reports on these Water companies not doing a very good job only today people saying there getting green algae in there water, so I'm very pleased I'm using my water 2 filter certainly wouldn't be without it now. I have had a water filter jug for years, so am so happy I got this, as my tap water used to taste so full of chemicals. I’d seen it a while ago and couldn’t afford it, but took advantage of the offer. I’m really pleased with it and my tap water now tastes free of chemicals.
