My questions were answered promptly. However, I did reach out to enquire about fitting the filter to fixed copper pipes (obviously with no flexibility!) and was told that I needed an adaptor. Kindly, this was then sent to me free of charge but it turned out that we actually needed a plumber to fit the filter (and he didn’t need to use the adapter).

The replacement for Water2 is good, took a while for husband to fit it, he has a brain problem so understanding is not always as good as it was. Maybe I need to learn how to, but I have a back problem so not that easy. However, water from tap is now much better.
