I am extremely disappointed with Water2. Installation was advertised as taking 10 minutes but took six days of troubleshooting and nearly two hours for a professional plumber, who had to modify pipework and replace fittings. The supplied parts leaked and the filter would not function correctly. The shower filter also had poor pressure and was unsuitable for thick hair. This product caused significant stress, wasted time, extra expense, and I would not recommend it.
