Absolute scam!! I only received one of the three items I ordered and it was defective and flooded my kitchen. They did not offer to compensate in anyway and we’re not helpful. They expected me to pay for the return shipping. The company was not helpful in a return or replacement. There is no one in the company that can give me accurate information on shipping or tracking. I could not get tracking numbers. My project was delayed for several weeks. I feel this company is a total scam!!

Most of the order never shipped and they have not refunded me despite claims they did. What did ship was terrible quality. The handles were a totally different material than the faucet and the faucet itself had marks all over it as well as the aerator was improperly attached on both faucets. I only received these items after begging for weeks for them to ship out. They refused to pay for return shipping of over $200 despite saying free 60 day returns on the website. 0/10 do not buy, this company
