Many problems with faucet. The ring around the handle is too big for handle valve. Also, there is no instructions or direction to mount the faucet and missing a vertical plate which would have helped it stabilize much better.

Love it! My faucet and air button review will be a 5 out of a 5. Loved the customer service and everything. Sad the flange couldn't work but it would be good to know what type of disposal it works with. Insinkerators are pretty common here.

I still haven’t received my items. They have been stuck in customs in Casablanca, Marrakesh for 11 days and counting. The website did not state anywhere that the product was traveling overseas and that it would have to go to customs. Customer support is saying the shipping will be fast once it clears customs… but who knows when that will be. If you’re on a tight timeline, I would not order from this website!
