I will never order from Ulanzi again. I paid for my product and never received it — not even close. The so-called “shipping protection” and delivery process were an absolute joke. After waiting far beyond the expected delivery window, I reached out for help and got nothing useful in return. Every response felt like a runaround, and there was zero accountability for a missing order. If you’re considering buying from Ulanzi, don’t. You’ll spend your money, wait endlessly, and get nothing.
