Super quick service

Took a while to get the product. But got good responses when talking with customer service

Things weren't perfect and customer service was pretty slow to respond when I reached out, but they were VERY helpful. Fixing issues goes as far as having no issues to begin with, so I would say I definitely trust this company to treat me right when I order the next time.

Absolutely recommend it!

Fast shipping! Came in 2 separate packages which was weird but arrived within a day of each other

Ordering was easy. Delivery felt a "little" slow at each stage, especially being at the HK airport for 3 days: according to the tracking. But the package arrived in time, well packed and in unmarked condition.

Pretty quick and painless. I didn’t realize that one of the tripods / stands I purchased was some kind of pre-order at the time, but that was probably just my inability to read (and it was well worth the wait!)

I ordered 3 items. The tripod was shipped in one package that had a tracking number and was delivered. The phone stand and microphone were sent in a second package, which has not been delivered and there is no tracking info for it. I have sent several emails to [email protected] but they have not responded. And to their CEO, William, at [email protected]. No reply. Their phone number does not work. I've sent them a DM on their IG, and no reply there either. I'm very frustrated!!!

Started a return with no reply from the store. Only heard back once when I started a dispute. Even tho the product has already been returned, I didn't get my money back or hear anything from the store. The box came damaged, not sure about the product inside as I never took it out - lifting up the damaged packaging, I knew it was way too heavy for what I needed it for, so started the return process asap. Still waiting for any updates.

Good and quick delivery

Website is clear and easy to use.

The website was very easy to maneuver thru and find my item with great descriptions and photos. My only concern was I didn’t know when my product was arriving until it was out for delivery.

I ordered the Falcam F38 Multi-hole Quick Release Kit (F38B3404) in early September to replace the plate on my Ulanzi Coman Zero Y tripod. USPS seized the package on September 24, citing “counterfeit postage,” and marked it as Postal Service property. Tracking: 9200190381925220976533. I contacted Ulanzi multiple times with the exact USPS message and asked them to resend the item or resolve the issue. No response. No replacement. No refund. It has now been about a month with zero acknowledgment.

I get the delivery in 2 weeks and everything was sent and good.

Arrived quickly. Packaged so nicely and works perfectly!
