This warranty is useless. They took a very long time to ship my order and, when they finally did, they sent only the liquid, with no information that the machine would be shipped later. At no point did they mention that the items would be sent separately. There was a complete lack of communication and commitment to the customer. I do NOT recommend it.

Hi! I really liked this Ulanzi phone tripod at first, but the problem isn’t the MagSafe — it’s the arm that holds the phone. It no longer supports the weight of my device. At the beginning it worked well, but now the arm has become loose and doesn’t hold the phone at all. It didn’t even last a month, and my phone keeps falling.

Awful. It wasn’t in stock and I was notified until I had to contact Ulanzi. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. They take a long time to respond and don’t give you details. Total lack of transparency and no offer of compensation for a poor experience. Would buy their product again, just never directly.

Still waiting on some packages.

Everything went well, but I would appreciate it if you could send me the correct Arca-Swiss base shown in the product photos. There’s no need to send the whole mount, just the bottom base plate that screws onto it.

suggest displaying currency, not just geography/country.

Difficult to order and ridiculous that your credit card gets charged at the time of order and it takes five weeks to get the product!!
