I would give 0 stars if I could. I recieved a faulty product and when I contacted them i was treated absolutely horribly. I have a ton of screen shots as to how I was treated. I will be contacting better business bureau after the holidays for their "customer service" and their " warranty" claim. Aka a fraudulent statement and broken promise.
My experience has been absolutely horrendous. A latch was broken when I recieved my tripod. Then when i contacted ulanzi they informed me that I wouldn't be getting a replacement tripod and they might send me a replacement latch when they can. Horrible experience and just have no hope or faith in this company at all.
So I tried to file damage via the shipping insurance and was informed I didn't qualify for a refund of any kind because it was damaged when it got here with no clear packaging damage.
I will be contacting better business bureau after the holidays to report ulanzi with a ton of screenshots of thier "customer service and "warranty"claim. But doubt anything will be done. This is down right fraud. And as a customer I feel very slighted.
