Very easy to navigate their website. Not sure I would use usps for deliveries. The cylinder container was broke in half and taped. My heart dropped thinking the rod was snapped in half but it arrived in perfect condition 🙏 Love the rod so if another grandchild arrives I will order another custom rod.
