The owner was a little frazzled at the show I was at. He told me a deal then gave me a different price. When I asked what the difference was, he was upset that I asked for the deal in the first place. All he had to say is that they couldn't do any better than the show price. Loved the rod and reel, however the sales experience was not as great.

After I ordered my rod I realized I would have preferred a shorter version. I sent an email to Mags not expecting much and to my surprise they replied to my email ON A SATURDAY confirming they could change my order to a shorter rod. Upon arrival I was happy to see that they indeed had sent me the correct length. Just the little things like that make working with Mags a true pleasure.
