No communication when sending emails about my return $. Had to report this thru my bank and after about 3 months, BoutineLa finally told the bank that they had received my items. Used to be super fond of the company but I ts 2025, you should be able to respond to your customers email when they sent you your product back and never received a refund.

I really liked my bikinis. But the customer service is absolutely horrendous. I returned items that they received on July 31st and have still not received my $132 refund. They ignore all emails regarding it too. Terrible business practices so I’ll never order from them again or recommend them to anyone.
