Love the bottoms and top. Colors and quality are awesome! I have bought here for 8+ years, but no longer. It was purchased during the Black Friday sale, where it specified exchanges were allowed. When I received them, the top was way too small so I asked to exchange for a large. I was provided a link to go through a portal and was asked to pay the full amount, additional to what I had already paid to exchange for a larger size. When I reached out to customer service they simply said I had used the Black Friday discount and you cannot use a discount when exchanging, so I needed to pay to exchange for a larger size. Contradicted their own policy. 1 out of 5 stars.

I ordered a swimsuit and it arrived in very poor condition. The bottoms were made incorrectly. The fabric is inside out and the clear plastic piece is sticking out of the top of the swimsuit. I can’t even wear the swimsuit and the customer service representative will not respond to my emails for a new one to be shipped. Will not be ordering from Boutine LA again. I’d really like a response and a replacement swimsuit. I even included photos in my email to customer service.
