My experience was terrible. Absolutely dreadful. The worst customer service I have had in a long time.
I ordered custom diamond art as a Christmas gift. I ordered it two weeks before Christmas. It was shipped 4 days after Christmas. Shipping took another 2 weeks. Then the package was lost. I never got my diamond art.
I reached out to your customer support. Jean promised to send a refund which I also did not receive.
I will give you this: at least you are consistent.
