This company has been great to work with. I sent a picture that my friend's daughter sent me through my phone. They contacted me right away and let me know that the size I ordered wasn't going to be big enough and told me I could upgrade it to a bigger size for a little bit more money so it would turn out better. 5 stars is not enough! I need TEN stars. Customer service was great, shipping fast, they even sent me a preview to accept before moving on to creating the pattern. It was super cheap too for the size i got, which in this economy is always a plus. The one thing that wasn't cheap? The quality. This was my first custom piece in my life and I don't see the need to try anyone else. Do I have room to hang any more paintings? NO. Does that stop me from wanting to order another custom one?!? ALSO NO :')...

I love Heartful diamond painting but I wish there was more options for a size customised diamond painting pictures for example 40x30cm for people diamond painting picture instead of a 75x100cm I promised myself no more big diamond painting pictures they would take me months Heartful diamond painting should have this option 40x30cm thanks

I couldn't wait to get started on my kit once it arrived. Loved the white papers to use as covers while working on the picture! Have one suggestion, though. Since my kit was a special order, it would have been nice to have the option to omit the stylus, tray, & wax (liked the heart shapes!) since I have my own & don't use the ones that come with the kit.

I love that I ordered one size and that Heartful Diamonds actually suggested and "showed me" how much of a difference the picture would be at a larger size. I am a newbie to diamond painting but this custom canvas of my beautiful standard poodle girl was without a doubt the best one I’ve done yet. As you can see, the painting looks very much like the picture I submitted. It took 17 days to complete & I enjoyed every minute working on it. The painting will be framed for the memorial. This Custom Painting was well above my expectations. I did this one of Jazz, my brother and his wifes dog, then shipped it to them in Alaska. They thought it was absolutely amazing! The detail and colors were also better than expected. Shipping does take awhile, but it was worth the wait.

I ordered this custom art because I had done one before of my twin granddaughters from Heartful Diamonds and it turned out beautifully. This one was for my daughter’s softball team. She is the head coach of a high school’s team in Georgia. The original photo showed a white ball and I needed a yellow one. The company made the ball yellow for me and sent the appropriate drills. It turned out to be a gorgeous diamond painting.

Custom order takes time to get delivered; so be patient! I was so excited when I received it. I am happy with the size I chose 50cmx40cm. The color details are great. I will frame it at some point. I really enjoyed working on the image, and this will become a wonderful souvenir of my dog's face laying on my ground cover. Love it!! Highly recommend Heartful Diamonds

This was that lovely soft canvas that doesn't need books sitting on it for months before you can do your diamond painting. The issue I have and it was done again with another custom diamond painting. They don't let you look at what the canvas will look like before they go ahead and make it. That would be helpful. I do edit it before I send it, but they are suppose to be the professionals and a little feedback would be nice. Wish they used the velvety canvas for all their pictures!

The colors and rendering are perfect. The 50x50cm size was just right to capture the detail in the kitten's face. It was a gift for my daughter to decorate her college apartment, and she loved it!

The kit is amazing, it came with everything I needed to start. Tray, multiple pens with different ends, two wax pads, even some tape so I can tape down the edges! Each colour was in its own bag and numbered so I could label them easily myself and the canvas is great. Super sticky and labelled clearly so I can see each symbol easily.
