I purchased 3 Samsung 18650 batteries. What I got was 3 batteries that kinda looked like what I ordered but not exactly. They didn't have the Samsung logo on them along w a few other things. I charged them out one in my flashlight and it wouldn't come on, so I put another in and it lasted about a minute. So I put all 3 on a charger and tested them. 2 of the 3 were no good, they had around 17 mah and the 3rd one had better mah but no amp. I contacted the battery store and explained my situation a
