I purchased two gates, this gate and a 30” tall gate. I wanted to see which height I needed and prefer. The gate was very easy to install also. It took less than an hour. I installed it on the first door but plan to move it upstairs. My dogs are very small, less than 6 lbs and I need to keep them away from the stairs when we are upstairs. I chose the higher gate for upstairs as a reminder for me and to ensure my fur baby that likes to jump remains safe. I really like both gates.

Very poor customer service. I received an item that is a lot less expensive than the item I ordered and received. The return process is overly difficult and I am having a hard time getting my money back, nearly $200, for the item I did not receive. I am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau, although it is not a company based in the USA, so I am not sure what good that will do.
