Difficult to communicate any changes. They didn’t have my original gate. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. They offered a replacement & I advised I wanted to correct the size. They sent another gate & it was not the corrected size. To return was too much as I had to absorb all the return cost. Bad experience. Will never order again from them.

I was thrilled to find your extra tall gates; cats can get over most gates but this 57" item will be able to withstand jumping cats. Your website was pretty easy to navigate even while displaying a wide array of product options; such a wide array that I felt like the wrong one would probably arrive; like i would have placed the wrong order.
