I ordered a bunch of product to be better safe than sorry and when I wanted to return a couple of extra gates, they were so rigid with their return policy and wanting to charge me for shipping. I spent almost $700 with them. They did eventually give me a discount on the unused gates so I am going to donate them to an animal shelter.
