This was easy to research, and easy to purchase. Delivery was quick and the gate was well packaged with all necessary parts. The only thing lacking were the directions, which were not very clear and definitely minimal. Fortunately, we were able to figure things out, but in future, improving this feature would make what is already a great product better.
