While the necklaces themselves are nice, the customer service was disappointing. When I asked about my delivery, I received a dismissive reply, and after that, they stopped responding to my emails and messages altogether. The order also arrived much later than expected.
What added to my disappointment was the packaging. The last time I ordered just one necklace, it came in a beautiful box. This time, I ordered three and received them in small, plain cases that felt like very little effort made.
