While the necklaces themselves are nice, the customer service was disappointing. When I asked about my delivery, I received a dismissive reply, and after that, they stopped responding to my emails and messages altogether. The order also arrived much later than expected. What added to my disappointment was the packaging. The last time I ordered just one necklace, it came in a beautiful box. This time, I ordered three and received them in small, plain cases that felt like very little effort made.

I'm incredibly frustrated with this company. I received a necklace that was broken, and the customer service was unhelpful. They refused to replace the item or offer a refund, stating they don't cover broken items. The packaging was undamaged, so the necklace was clearly broken before shipping. They suggested I contact Royal Mail, but that's impossible since the damage occurred before it left their possession. I paid full price and for shipping protection, which now seems useless.
