I forgot to add.....I needed a different size(wide feet) so sent an email, it was returned the same day. Informing me of the steps for the exchange. They sent the correct pair out immediately! I recieved them before returning the 1st pair. WHAT!!!! Thats customer appreciation if ive ever witnessed. They give you a good 3wks-4 to return them as well. So if you dont, and get charged, its your fault completely.
