Trust the process!! I recommending a break in before actual use. As well as ordering a full size down or half at least. I am normally a size 10. I ordered a 9.5 and it was still too large. easy return, only bummer was shipping across country took a full week. size 9 fit great but I was unsure because of how painful they were out of the box. Great customer service and great boots - to boot! I ordered a size 14 wide and they were way too big. I called and requested a size 13 wide and they arrived the next day. Unfortunately, these were also too big. I called again and had a size 12 wide shipped. They also arrived the very next day and were just right! I put these boots on at 4:30 in the morning when I get up and I don't take them off until 7pm at night. They're so comfortable. The rugged they're tough they're comfortable. I wear a 9.5E(W), which is actually the first wide width. I used scanning tool on the web page to scan my feet, and the scanner recommended a 9.5D. I wasn’t completely convinced that 9.5D would fit me, so I reached out to Todd (Co-owner) to get more information. Ordered Monday night and they showed up on Thursday morning! They appear to be thoughtfully constructed with high quality materials. Had the day off today so I wore them fishing, on my feet walking over all kinds of different surfaces for almost 8 hours straight. After a week of walking on concrete floors in my shop my feet are extremely happy. Plenty of room in the toe area for my wide feet. Customer service is outstanding. They sent me 2 pairs of boots, different sizes, to try and then paid for the shipping to return one pair. With normal shoes I would have to get a 10W or even a 10 1/2W to get something to fit. I have searched for years seeking boots that fit. Being a bit nervous about yet another claimed wide but actually narrow, I ordered my Gallatin comp toes, size 12EEE, in Bighorn Crazy Brown. In Allen Edmonds a 12EEE is tolerable with thin socks. My Propet and Dunham 12EEEE fit beautifully. But the Gallatin are safety toe work boots and my experience has been that narrows the fit. We had to send the boots back at first because I bought the wrong size but it was very easy to exchange. They shipped them straight to the house and I sent the other ones back.
