I sent a picture of the failure on order 12083 Ali g with a picture of the identification tag and still got the wrong replacement boot. Lace eyelet pulling out after a week is also due to poor attention to detail in the manufacturing process.

Easy peezy buying experience. There were here in less than a week. Several said the boots run big, maybe a tiny bit, but not even a half of a half size. Thick stiff leather like boots should be. Just like when I used to buy expensive USA made boots. I scoffed at the idea that DuraDero offers re-soles because the various boots I've worn since I started buying the Chinese boots wear out the tops long before the sole. I expect years from these boots and may have to re-sole them!
