The customer service has been decent. They send out replacement parts as needed, which is good. However, they offer only basic help with installing those parts and repairing your machine. Both my machines have needed repairs before even a month.

Worse product I’ve bought in a long time, had it for a month and can’t even get it to interface with either of my computers…at this point I own both a we create Vision Pro and and xtool mopa laser and with in an hour I was engraving, it’s been a month and I can’t even use the mega…your software is a joke and the unit is poor quality…doesn’t even come on when your turn the switch, sometimes you have to click it twice to get the light inside to come on. Of and your customer service is horrendous..

It has been 3 weeks and I cannot get a hold of anyone to deliver our machine. None of the provided customer support numbers work and the emails go unanswered. Our machine has not been delivered and we cannot coordinate with the shipping company because they only take orders from the sender. Monport is a scam company that is a shell for something in china
