Straight forward what you see is what you get

Burned my skin twice using the luvia on low settings. Cannot return item was told to try it again but im scared I will burn myself again and I have my wedding coming up.

No changes with cystic acne.

I could not return to get my full money back, even with telling the customer service I did not open it.

I reached out to contact customer service because I do not feel like the product is working. I would like to return the product but do not have the address to send it to.

Customer service wasnt great

The package came without the extensions, only the hair one and the main thing I wanted was the acne one. Customer service has not replied after sending multiple emails.. It’s been almost a month ..

Received a faulty product and reached out to customer service for a replacement. They quickly remedied the situation and sent me a replacement!

There was no way true solution offered to me besides stating it was sent to the wrong address. No way of solving the problem on the customer service end and I have email proof.
