Absolute scam of a company. Wish I did more research into them before purchasing. Comms is non existent. 1800 number doesn’t connect. Received a call back from a random mobile number who was a ‘reseller’ and said my item has been shipped. I called the courier company twice and they said they haven’t been told it hasn’t been booked in to be picked up. I follow up with the mobile number provided earlier and have been told the same story and thought I’d give it a few more days and still nothing.
