3 stars for communication. It would be better if the company was easier to directly contact. I had an issue at the beginning with payment and delivery which made me question if the company was actually legit. I finally got a reply and had everything sorted. Delivery was one month even though delivery stated express and within 2 business days. Was charged international transaction fee which was not stated either. Need to change this on the checkout.
I did receive a refund and a detailed email.
